Which devices and browsers work with Signal?

Signal runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone. Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

Is there a Signal app?

You can install Signal on your phone's home screen from the browser, and it opens like an app. Once you're signed in, open the account menu on a computer, or Profile on your phone, and choose Install app. On an iPhone, the button shows you how to add Signal to your home screen from Safari's share menu.

The site isn't loading. What should I do?

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Try another browser, or a private window, which runs without your extensions.
  4. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for signal.markets, then sign in again.

If it still won't load, contact us at support@busha.co and tell us what you see.

I can't sign in. What should I do?

  • Enter your phone number or email and we'll send you a 6-digit code, so you can sign in without your password.
  • A forgotten password can be reset with Forgot your password?
  • With two-factor authentication on, enter the code from your authenticator app. If you've lost the app, contact support.
  • An account opened with Google or Busha signs in with the same button again.

If none of these work, contact us at support@busha.co.

A trade didn't go through, but my balance went down. What should I do?

First check your Portfolio. A limit order that hasn't filled holds its cost from your balance and shows under Pending orders, and a filled trade shows under History. Cancelling a waiting order returns its money.

If neither explains it, contact us through Support in the account menu, or at support@busha.co, with the market, the time and the amount, and a screenshot if you have one.

How do I contact support?

Select Support in the account menu on a computer, or under Profile on your phone, to chat with us. You can also email support@busha.co.

How do I report a bug?

Contact us through Support or at support@busha.co with what happened, the steps that led to it, your device and browser, the time, and a screenshot or recording if you can.
